Here's the second card for my current Free Card Class @ Home. This class features the Bright Skies Stamp Set from the Stampin' Up! January-April 2024 Mini Catalog (Spring Mini).

The FIRST CARD in this class featured the flowers more than the clouds, but this one definitely features the clouds. I also stayed mainly with Shaded Spruce & Pool Party, but I did add a little splash of Crushed Curry with the sun and lightning. This helped brighten up the card so it went along with the sentiment from the bundle I used. Speaking of the sun, notice how I did it? I didn't stamp it, I die-cut the sun die-cuts out of a piece of the patterned paper I used.
I also used an embossing folder that is perfect for this set on the Pool Party base layer. It's called the Raindrops Embossing Folder, and you can find it in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog.
The patterned paper I mentioned above is from the Sunny Days Designer Series Paper (DSP). This DSP coordinates perfectly with the Bright Skies Bundle, and it's part of Sale-A-Bration. I not only used the DSP on the sunshine, I also added a strip of it to the left side of the card front.

As with the other cards in the class, I used the Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins to finish off the card. There are three different colors of sequins in this pack, and each color comes in two sizes. The blue in the sequins is actually Balmy Blue, but I think the large Balmy Blue Sequins have a little Pool Party in them, too. As you can see in the picture above, it depends on how the light hits them. I think they look great with the Pool Party color in this card. The Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...

For the inside of the card, I simply added a strip of the same rainbow paper that I used on the outside of the card.
