Two-Tone Flora Card Class @ Home - Card #1

Here's the first card for my current Free Card Class @ Home. I start my weekly Card Class @ Home every Thursday, and they end on the following Wednesday. The Free class video is my weekly Thursday Live on my Facebook Page and YouTube Channel @ 7:30 pm (ET). You can see the video for this class below. When to Use, And When Not To Use, the Host Code

This is the first card I made for my current Two-Tone Flora Card Class @ Home. The Two-Tone Flora Bundle is in the Fancy Flora Suite, and I use everything in this suite to make these cards. There aren't any sentiments in the Two-Tone Flora Bundle, but there is another bundle in the suite called Something Fancy which is a sentiment bundle. You can find this gorgeous suite in the January-April 2023 Mini Catalog.

You don't have to own both bundles to make these cards...any sentiment set will work. Actually, you can use a different image set, too. This particular card didn't use any of the dies in the Something Fancy Bundle, but I do use them in the next two cards. Don't worry...I'll die-cut the labels in this bundle for my card kits.

I embossed the base layer with the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog. I think the flowers in this folder coordinate with the flowers in the Two-Tone Flora Bundle perfectly! It's like they were made for each other! Don't worry...If you get my free card kits, you don't have to own this embossing folder. I'll do the embossing for you.

How about that patterned paper? Isn't it gorgeous?! I love how it looks almost 3 dimensional. It's from the Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper (DSP) in the suite. I took the colors from the paper to stamp the flower die-cuts on the card.

I used the Iridescent Pastel Gems on all three cards, too. On this card, I used the Calypso Coral gems in the pack. The other colors are gold & Balmy Blue. These gems are not included in the card kits, but you can get them added free...

I stamped the larger flower from the outside of the card three times along the bottom of the inside layer. I only stamped the top half on it, and I think it makes a perfect border.
