Stampin' Up! let us know today that there is going to be a 15% off Stamp Sets promo beginning Monday, October 19. It only lasts a few days, and ends on Friday, October 23. They haven't given us all of the particulars yet, and won't until Monday. It sounds like all stamp sets are included, but I'll know for sure on Monday. I'll post again once I know on Monday.
