I finally have a card that I made to share with you. I used this month's Creating Pretty Cards Sketch #28 (CPC28) over at Craft Project Central. There are still about 2 weeks left of the sketch, so there's still time to play along. If you participate, you could win a free month subscription to Craft Project Central!
This card features the technique that I taught my Technique Stamp Club last night. It's called "Dyed Crystal Effects.
It's really hard to see in the picture above, but the flowers are very shiny. That's what the technique looks like. The picture below shows it a little better.
Ink: VersaMark Pad and Crushed Curry Classic Pad; Crushed Curry and Coastal Cabana Classic ink refills
Paper: Coastal Cabana, Smoky Slate, Crushed Curry, and Naturals White card stock; Eastern Elegance DSP
Accessories: Crystal Effects, Big Shot, Fancy Fan Impressions Folder, Square Lattice Impressions Folder, Chalk Talk Framelits, Pansy Punch, 7/8" Scallop Circle Punch, Rhinestones Basic Jewels, Heat Tool, Embossing Buddy, Black Stampin' Emboss Powder, Stampin' Dimensionals, and cotton swabs
Pretty card, Christy!
