Flower Pot Pocket Card

This is a cute pocket card idea that I found on Splitcoaststampers. This has to be my favorite pocket card to date. If you would like to see the instructions on how to make one yourself, CLICK HERE.

The picture on the right shows the card that is inside the pocket. I left it blank so I can have room to write in it if I decide to give it away. I love that the flowers are actually attached to the card and not the pot. Very cute idea!

The flowers were made by using the Scallop Circle Punch, and cutting each scallop to make the petals. The leaves were made by folding a piece of card stock in half and running it through the paper crimper diagonally. While the card stock is still folded, cut out a half oval, making one end skinny and pointed. Unfold and you've got a leaf.

Supplies:

Stamp Set: Oval All (Occasions mini)

Paper: Chocolate Chip Textured card stock; Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss, & Whisper White card stock; Bella Rose Designer Paper

Ink: Chocolate Chip Classic ink pad

Accessories: Scallop Edge Punch; Scallop Oval Punch (mini), Large Oval Punch, Scallop Circle Punch, 3/4" Circle Punch, Kiwi Kiss Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, Paper Cutter, Paper Crimper, & Paper Snips
