How to Make an Upright Z Fold Card - Positive Thoughts Card

I have another fun fold card for you! I have to admit, I'm having so much fun making these special fold cards.

Today's fun fold is called the Upright Z Fold Card. The fold itself is very easy, but it sure makes the card look extra special. I show you how to do it in my video below.

The above picture shows why it's called an upright z fold card. If you look closely, I made sure there was a place to put a greeting inside of the card, too.

This picture shows the inside of the card, better. The section with the greeting is sized so you can't see it when it's closed. There's also room underneath the greeting to sign your name.

I just love the stamp set I used. It's called Positive Thoughts, and it's in the Stampin' Up! January - June 2020 Mini Catalog. The images in this stamp set are GORGEOUS!

There are some dies that coordinate with this beautiful stamp set, and the die-set is called Nature's Thoughts. IF YOU WANT THESE DIES, YOU'LL HAVE TO HURRY! They're only available until THIS Tuesday, March 31, 2020. They are while supplies last, too, so it is possible they could sell-out before Tuesday.

As you would suspect, some of the dies die-cut images in the stamp set, but there are extra dies that die-cut other images, as well. The rectangle with the pretty border is one of those dies! Actually, all of the die-cuts you see in the above picture were die-cut with this beautiful die-set. As you can see, the butterfly is what keeps the card closed.

Available While Supplies Last or Until THIS Tuesday, March 31, 2020...
Whichever Comes First!

How about that beautiful designer paper? It's from the annual catalog, and it's called Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper (DSP). I also love the embossing folder I used on the Petal Pink piece. It's called the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder, and it's also from the annual catalog.

Dimensions:
  • Blackberry Bliss:  4-1/4" x 11" (With 11" along the top, score the piece at 5-1/2", turn the piece over, and then score at 2-3/4")
  • Blackberry Bliss:  4-1/4" x 3/4" (border die-cut)
  • Petal Pink:  4" x 5-1/4" x 4" and 4" x 2-1/2"
  • Whisper White:  5" x 5" (image die-cuts) & 3-1/4" x 4-3/4" (rectangle)
  • Copper Foil Sheets:  Scrap piece
  • Perennial Essence DSP:  4" x 2-1/2"

If you are reading this post in an email feed, you'll need to go to the original post to see the supply list.
Don't forget, the Nature's Thoughts Dies are only available while supplies last, or until March 31, 2020...whichever comes first.
