Happy Tuesday! I hope you're all having a great day! I'm happy to have another project to share with you. It's a pretty easy card to make, so it doesn't need a video. I do have a written tutorial for it, though, and you can find it below.
The card features the beautiful Toile Tidings Suite from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog. I used both of the bundes in the suite, Tidings All Around and Toile Christmas, along with the Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper (DSP), and the Real Red 1" Ruched Ribbon. You can find the whole supply list below.
Dimensions:
- Real Red: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" (card base) & 3-1/4" x 1-1/4" (greeting banner mat)
- Crumb Cake: 4" x 5-1/4" (embossed layer)
- Very Vanilla: 3-3/4" x 3-3/4" (wreath) & 3-1/4" x 1-1/4" (greeting banner)
- Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper (DSP): 4" x 1-1/2"
- Real Red 1" Ruched Ribbon: 6" (strip) & 15" (bow)
- Fold the larger Real Red piece in half to form the card base. Emboss the Crumb Cake piece with the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. Attach the DSP piece across the top of the Crumb Cake piece. Wrap the 6” piece of ribbon across the bottom edge of the DSP, and attach the ribbon ends to the back of the Crumb Cake piece. Attach the piece to the card base.
- Stamp the wreath stamp from the Tidings All Around Stamp Set onto the larger Very Vanilla piece using Garden Green Ink. Die-cut the wreath out with the wreath die from the All-Around Wreath Dies. Attach it to the bottom, center of the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. Attach Red Rhinestones randomly around the wreath.
- Tie the 15” piece of ribbon into a bow, and attach it to the middle of the attached ribbon using two or three Mini Glue Dots. Trim the ribbon ends at an angle.
- Stamp the “Christmas Wishes” banner stamp from the Toile Christmas Stamp Set onto the smaller Very Vanilla piece using Real Red ink. Die-cut it out with the single-banner die from the Christmas Cardinal Dies. Die-cut another banner from the smaller Real Red piece. Attach the stamped banner on top of the Real Red banner, letting a little of the Real Red banner show from the top. Attach the banner across the center of the wreath with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
