Do you need a last-minute Valentine's Day card? Do you need it to be a quick card, too? Well, this one is it! The card is made with only two pieces of cardstock, so that definitely makes it quick!
I wanted to use a stamp set you may already have, and might have forgotten about. I used the Ribbon of Courage Stamp Set. It has two beautiful hearts in the set, and the greeting comes with it, too.
- Real Red: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" (card base)
- Whisper White: 5-1/4" x 4" (stamped layer)
- Real Red 1/8" Solid Ribbon: 7" (strip) & 4" (knot)
- Stamp the greeting stamp from the Ribbon of Courage Stamp Set onto the bottom right corner of the Whisper White piece using the Tuxedo Black Memento Pad.
- Stamp the large heart stamp 5-6 times across the middle of the piece using the Real Red Classic Stampin' Pad. Stamp the small heart stamp around the Real Red hearts using the Flirty Flamingo Classic Stampin' Pad. See picture for placement
- Wrap the 7" ribbon piece across the top of the Whisper White piece, and attach the ribbon ends to the back of the piece. Fold the Real Red piece in half (fold on top) to form the card base. Attach the Whisper White piece onto the center of the card front. Tie the 4" ribbon piece onto the left side of the attached ribbon, using a single knot. Trim the ribbon ends at an angle.
- Attach a small rhinestone from the Rhinestone Basic Jewels onto the center of the largest flower design on each of the large Real Red hearts.
