I've got another Christmas card for you. I wanted to use one of the Christmas stamp sets from the Stampin' Up! 2018-2019 Annual Catalog for this card, and I chose the beautiful Stylish Christmas Stamp Set. This is one of the DisINKtive Stamp Sets. I love this line of stamp sets. There is so much detail in them! When you look at the leaves and the poinsettia that I stamped, it looks like I stamped it more than once to get the layer look, but I didn't. They are stamped just one time each with one stamp! Another item I used from the Annual Catalog is the Metallic Pearls.

I used the Merry Merlot & Copper Reversible Ribbon, Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint and Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper from the Stampin' Up! 2018 Holiday Catalog.
I wish you could see this in person. The Champagne Shimmer Paint really makes the card sparkle. I tried my best to get it to show in the pictures, but I couldn't do it.
Dimensions:
- Merry Merlot: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" (card base)
- Whisper White: 4" x 5-1/4" (embossed layer) & 6-1/4" x 2-1/2" (poinsettia & leaves)
- Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP): 4" x 1"
- Merry Merlot & Copper 5/8" Reversible Ribbon: 6" & 4"
- Metallic Pearls: 3 gold pearls
Instructions:
- Fill a Stampin' Spritzer about 3/4" way up with Rubbing Alcohol (91% works best because it dries faster) and then add around 5 drops of Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint. Shake until mixed. With the Stampin' Spritzer about 6" away from the Whisper White embossed layer, spray the alcohol/shimmer paint all over the piece until covered. Let dry for a few seconds. The cardstock should still be a little damp. Run it through the Big Shot with the Seasonal Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, making sure the wreath is near the top of the piece. Use the following sandwich: (starting from the bottom) Big Shot Platform, embossing folder with cardstock inside, and Standard Cutting Pad.
- Using a Sponge Dauber, lightly sponge ink from a Tranquil Tide Classic Stampin' Pad all over the raised wreath. Keep adding ink and sponging until the desired effect is achieved. Stamp the "Peace" stamp from the Stylish Christmas Stamp Set inside the top part of the wreath using the Merry Merlot Classic Stampin' Pad (see picture). Attach the DSP piece along the bottom of the piece. Wrap the 6" ribbon piece across the top of the DSP, and attach the ribbon ends to the back of the embossed piece.
- Fold the Merry Merlot piece in half (fold on the left) to form the card base. Attach the embossed layer to the card front. Tie the 4" ribbon piece onto the left side of the attached ribbon using a single knot. Trim the ribbon ends at an angle.
- Stamp the poinsettia stamp onto one end of the Whisper White strip using the Blushing Bride Classic Stampin' Pad. Stamp the leaves stamp two times onto the same piece using the Mint Macaron Classic Stampin' Pad. Fussy cut the images out. Attach three gold pearls from the Metallic Pearls onto the center of the poinsettia.
- Attach the poinsettia to the bottom, right of the wreath using three Stampin' Dimensionals. Attach a set of leaves to each side of the poinsettia, keeping them along the wreath.
Use SNAIL Adhesive when attaching, unless stated otherwise.
