Here's the LAST project for my 12 Weeks of Fall & Halloween for this year! I'm ending this series with a Fall Post-It® Note Holder. I used a 1-1/2" x 2" Post-It Note Pad (50 sheets), but you could go up to a 2" x 2".
I used the Falling for Leaves Bundle again, which includes the Falling for Leaves Stamp Set and Detailed Leaves Thinlits Dies. When these items are purchased together as a bundle, it will save you 10%! I also used the Country Lane Designer Series Paper & 3/16" Braided Linen Trim. All of these items can be found in the Stampin' Up! 2018 Holiday Catalog.

- Country Lane Designer Series Paper: 2" x 6" - With the tag end on the right, score the piece at 1-1/2", 1-3/4", 3-3/4", & 4".
- Cajun Craze Cardstock: 2-1/2" x 1"

- Whisper White Cardstock: 2-1/2" x 3/4"
- 3/16" Braided Linen Trim: (2) 3"
