A Bright Bold Blossom Card

I thought it was supposed to be Spring now? We did have wonderful weather at the beginning of the week, but now, the temperature 32 degrees! My two youngest are on Spring Break next week, and it's supposed to be in the 40s all week with lows in the 20s and 30s. Oh well, I'm sure they'll still have a good week. I know some of you are having even colder weather, so I probably better stop complaining! LOL

Today's card is another card for my Occasions Mini Stamp-a-Stack in a few weeks. All of the cards are quick and easy, since everyone will be making 4 of each one. As you can see, this one is extremely easy. The little squares on the left were punched out with the 1-1/4" & 1-3/8" Square Punches (p. 202). The flowers in the Bold Blossoms set (p. 31 in the Occasions Mini), are so quick and easy to stamp as well. I colored the flower centers in with a Pumpkin Pie marker, added some ribbon, stamped the greeting, and Viola, the card was done!

Stamps: Bold Blossoms (Mini)

Ink: Old Olive, So Saffron, Real Red, Tempting Turquoise, & Basic Black Classic ink pads; Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Write Marker

Paper: Old Olive, Tempting Turquoise, Real Red, & Whisper White card stock; Play Date DSP

Accessories: Real Red 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon, 1-1/4" Square Punch, & 1-3/8" Square Punch
