My First Christmas Card of the Year

Here is my first Christmas card of the year. I was in a swap for the Holiday mini, and this was one of the cards I made for it. I used the Holiday Mini set, Belles & Boughs. I always make quick cards for swap, since I have to make so many of them. This one fit the bill, and still looks great! I love using the Impressions Folders. They make a plain piece of card stock really pop! I used the Petals-A-Plenty Impressions Folder on this one. It goes so well with this new stamp set. I watercolored the flowers using an Aqua Painter, then I sponged around them with More Mustard ink. the ribbon I used is Cherry Cobbler 1/2" Seam Binding from the Holiday Mini. I do believe that Cherry Cobbler is my favorite "red" in Stampin' Up!'s colors. I also used a new punch from the Holiday Mini called, Decorative Label XL Punch.

Stamps: Belles & Boughs (Holiday Mini)

Ink: Basic Gray, Cherry Cobbler, Always Artichoke, More Mustard, & River Rock Classic ink pads

Paper: Always Artichoke, Cherry Cobbler, More Mustard, & Naturals Ivory CS

Accessories: Decorative Label XL Punch (Holiday Mini), Aqua Painters, Cherry Cobbler 1/2" Seam Binding (Holiday Mini), Big Shot Die-Cut Machine, Petals-A-Plenty Impressions Folder, & Stamping Sponges
