Yes, I'm still alive! Last week I was super busy getting ready for our vacation. Now, we're on vacation and relaxing. It's wonderful! I did get a little stamping done before we left, though. Today's card is the Father's Day card I made my husband. I didn't have my "Happy Father's Day" stamp, so I had to improvise a little bit. I did write "Happy Father's Day" inside the card, though.
I decided to use one of the new catalog stamp sets I preordered, Studio Sketches. I love stamps sets that make me look like an artist! I also used one of the new colors, Cherry Cobbler, and the Summer Mini impressions folder, Square Lattice.
My inspiration for this card came from one of the card in the new catalog. For future reference (and for demonstrators that have their catalogs, the card that inspired me is on p. 115 (the bottom of the page). The new catalog has a lot of great project ideas. I just love it, and I know you will too!
